Organizations
Buy a pool of seats once. Invite staff, students, or clients by email—individually or in bulk—and keep accessible email under one invoice instead of dozens of personal subscriptions.
What you get
Who it’s for
BlindBox organizations are for schools, agencies, and teams that need many people on the same accessible mail experience—without asking each person to subscribe alone.
Seat an accessibility lab, disability services office, or an entire cohort—then reassign seats each semester without buying new licenses.
Equip case managers, trainers, and clients with the same accessible inbox. One invoice for the organization; individual accounts for every person.
IT and accessibility leads buy the pool. Staff and students sign in with their own BlindBox accounts and connect the mail they already use.
Seat licensing
Your organization pays. Each person still signs in as themselves, connects their own mailbox, and gets BlindBox plan access through their seat—not a shared login.
Purchase a seat pool on Basic, Insight, or Insight Plus. Volume discounts start after 10 seats and grow through 50 and 100+.
Assign seats one by one, or paste a CSV of addresses for a class, department, or rollout. BlindBox sends join links when SMTP is configured.
Add @yourschool.edu or @agency.org. New BlindBox signups on that domain can receive a seat automatically when you have capacity.
Reassign or revoke access when someone leaves. Owners and admins manage billing; members get everyday BlindBox access—no shared passwords.
Volume discounts
Buy any number of seats. List price for 1–9 seats, then 10%, 15%, and 20% off as you scale to 50 and 100+.
| Seats | Discount |
|---|---|
| 1–9 | List price |
| 10–49 | 10% off |
| 50–99 | 15% off |
| 100+ | 20% off |
How it works
No IT project required. If you can manage a spreadsheet of emails, you can run a BlindBox organization.
Sign in with a BlindBox account, name the org, and pick a plan and seat count.
Checkout once for the volume total. Manage renewals and invoices from the Stripe customer portal.
Invite by email, upload a CSV, or claim a domain so matching signups land in your pool.
Each person creates (or signs into) their BlindBox account with that email, then connects Gmail, Outlook, or another provider in the app.
Seat recipients can confirm their invite at /org/join with the email you assigned—then create a BlindBox account and open the app.
Ready when you are
Create your organization, choose a plan and seat count, then checkout once through Stripe. Need a nonprofit rate, purchase order, or help seating a large cohort? We’ll work with you.
